CCR Rule Compliance Data and Information
On December 19, 2014, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final ruling for the regulation and management of coal combustion residuals (CCR or coal ash) under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The rule, which was published to the federal register on April 17, 2015, establishes requirements for both existing and new CCR landfills and surface impoundments. The rules include:

- Groundwater monitoring and corrective action

- Liner design criteria
